CONCEPT FOR HOME VALUE SHOW OFFICE

This unrealized concept for a single-tenant office floor sought to demonstrate how a converted tower (originally designed for a hotel) could be effectively repurposed to an open-plan modern office. With the help of sculptural wood screen elements and a more organic office desk system, we sought to conceal and blend the   numerous mechanical shafts still serving the compartmentalized hotel rooms above.
