PARIS BLEU

This project was an ongoing balancing act of design and function. On the one hand, there was a fount of client design ideas and ambitions to be explored, mixed and blended. On the other side, the nuts and bolts of a  business plan and an efficient kitchen had to be satisfied. These requirements are of course normal, but since space was extremely tight and the kitchen and dining areas shared the same space, there was not much slack when things needed to be adjusted. As with all our projects, we worked closely with the client, suppliers, and contractor throughout the design and construction in order to achieve the results required.
