Whether it’s a developer who has acquired a site they are not sure how to best use, or an entrepreneur who has an idea for a restaurant, shop or other business,  JSA can provide design concepts and feasibility studies to give form to potential project ideas, often uncovering  new possibilities in the process.  Over the years we have prepared concepts in planning, architecture, and interiors for a variety of uses: residential, commercial, mixed use, office, educational, cultural, hospitality, and so on. And we can cater our work to our clients’ needs, whether that’s a design package to share with potential investors, renderings to present to local government, or simply an internal exercise to better understand the opportunities,  mechanics and feasibility of a project idea.
