DESIGN MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING
In addition to traditional design work, JSA provides a range of management and consulting services that can be tailored to the specific needs of individual projects. Where needed and beneficial to project outcome, we have provided full-time on-site managers, managed furnishings and other special purchasing, acted as coordinating architects between international designers and local contractors and regulatory authority, assembled complete licensed design and engineering teams necessary to implement a project, as well as provided full design-build services for some of our interior projects.
Projects with Specialised Service Scope:
In addition to full design services, JSA assisted the client of the following projects with early feasibility studies, on-site management during the construction period, and consulting in post-occupancy for various project adjustments and refinements.
Design Build Projects:
JSA can also provide full design-build services for Clients who prefer a simpler delivery of their project. For the following projects we work directly with our own Contractor or as part of a unified Design-Contractor team. In these cases, our team manages the entire project: design, construction, sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and furnishing.
Project Consulting Services for International Brands & Designers:
On the following projects, JSA has drawn on their experience with Mainland China Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers, and Regulatory Authority to assist international brands and design firms with the execution of their Chinese projects. We can prepare construction documents, put together MEP and structural consultant teams, and provide local supervision of projects under construction.
