We prepared two concepts for this project based on a common theme inspired by building’s location, which was adjacent to a small, lush public park. The two organic skin treatments enclosed a similar approach to the building’s interior, opening up the ground level to indoor-outdoor commercial spaces, and carving out balconies and terraces above.
